The most common questions asked about our pouring funnels include.......
  • Where does the air go ?
  • Is there an air valve ?
  • How can that work ?
Explanation:- The bottle with the pouring funnel and the toner hopper are sealed with each other. When they are inverted, the initial toner dropping into the hopper causes a high (H) pressure in the cartridge and a vacuum(V) in the bottle. This in turn causes the air to want to bubble up through the toner by way of the unique reverse tapered, tumble-home funnel. As we already know, toner flows best when aerated and there's a toner/air exchange without airborne dust in your work place.
