Back in those days, they had some real concerns about developing an understanding of component wear, quality of different brands of toner etc. Terry's solution was to start a database on each cartridge remanufactured and over a period of time this helped them enormously to gain some of the insight needed. Many of the customers that they started out with in 1993 are still with them.

Terry also had concerns about the need for tools to address comfortable cartridge handling. An even bigger concern were the health aspects of pouring toner from a bottle, as is done in most small remanufacturers workshops such as theirs.

Their mission statement is to try and contribute to this industry by lifting the standard where possible through innovation and knowledge while always remembering you're only a guru in your own shop.
