This section of our site will be for passing on tips and tricks that are related to our products, but there will be others things as well. As you are aware, many of us work for long periods in our own shops and rarely get a chance to share tips with other recyclers. Sometimes it's heartening just to know that someone is having the same problem as you are, or is just thinking of trying a similar solution . Although not (very) superstitious we certainly try to be methodical in our cartridge building and what you'll find here are methods that we say are neither right or wrong or perhaps even original. All we are saying is that they work for us, or the person that gave the tip to us. Remember 'you're only a guru in your own shop'.

If you've bought our products and are using them for the first time you will find that they are different. Although you've poured thousands of bottles of toner, you are now using a new tool so take some time to settle in. It's a bit like buying a new hammer, its not going to feel the same as your old one.
