1100 Time Saver

We would normally disassemble this cartridge in the following way on the first recycle only. Remove the drum and the PCR, prise the RHS pin with a long thin blade to get it started, then remove it with a pair of side cutters. Remove the end plate from the toner hopper on the LHS and put the toner hopper aside. This leaves the end plate connected to the waste bin but now accessible enough to remove the LHS pin. ADVANTAGE the cartridge has suffered no stress during this disassembly and also no noticable intrusion when it's returned to the your customer

HERE'S THE TWIST. Using a counter sinker drill bit (see picture), reem out the cartridge pin hole on the outside of the cartridge to look like the 5L/6L. For subsequent remanufactures you can then just use side cutters for pulling the pins on this cartridge as you do with the 5L/6L.
