Magnetic sheeting (same material as fridge magnets). This product attracts toner because of its magnetic properties. Cover your bench tops with it and because it attracts toner, spills don't seem to spread as far and air borne toner seems to be cut down. The product is usually available from a signwriting supplies shop/warehouse or from screen printing supplies. It's about 600mm wide and is sold by the meter/foot. If you haven't already got it, you'll love it.
